Why a Fletit listing is different

The checks are stated, the wording is precise, and where Fletit has not checked something it says so.

  • Authority checked before publishing

A listing cannot go live until Fletit has verified that the person offering the property has the authority to offer it.

  • Documents checked, and labelled as such

Where a document check has been completed, the property says so. A completed check is evidence Fletit examined — never a guarantee of title.

  • Your address stays yours

Public pages show an area and a generalised point. The exact address is shared when a viewing is confirmed, not before.

Tell Fletit what you need

Describe the home, plot or space you are looking for — area, budget, timing and must-haves. Fletit matches it against inventory and a small number of verified agents. Your requirement is not published as an advert, and your contact details are released to an agent only when they take the brief on.

Post your requirement

Selling or letting? List your property on Fletit — verification first, then it goes live.
